Aliya Altahri is a certified professional trainer and program developer since 2003 with many years of experience in training and 9 years in total around administration facilities, banking, and management. Aliya provided many outstanding programs and managed training projects for several big organizations be it government or privet, her known dynamic, motivating and humorous speaking style, took her talent to the professional world and created a powerful permanent stamp, managed and executed a two-year project with one of the reputed Islamic banks in UAE, increasing service level rate from 40% to 75%, achieving a paradigm shift towards service excellence enhancement, that included, workshops, focus groups, mystery-shopping analysis, training programs, and on the job observation.
Aliya also designed and managed a 12 months Management Trainee Program for a reputed bank in Dubai, that was considered one of its kind, targeting university freshly graduated UAE Nationals, it consisted of a 6-month classroom training and 6-month on the job training. After the completion of the program, the enrolled graduates were considered a qualified Relationship Managers or Branch Managers.
